Ministries & Clubs

One of the most entertaining clubs ever made for children has been discovered by more than a million kids worldwide.

One of the most entertaining clubs ever made for children has been discovered by more than a million kids worldwide. The Adventurer Club offers weekly activities tailored to the psychological requirements of children in the 4–9 age range, strengthening parent–child bonds while also giving parents the chance to gain parenting expertise and take part in fun activities with their kids.

For those who are familiar with it, “Pathfindering” conjures up images of marching, camping, curious hobbies, bugs and bats.

Enlarging their windows on the world and building a relationship with God are the dual objectives of this club, which is designed for children ages 10-15. With nearly 2 million members around the world, this Seventh-day Adventist Church-sponsored club accepts any youth who promises to abide by the Pathfinder Pledge and Law regardless of their church affiliation.

Divisions noted that the young people who complete the Pathfinder requirements are left without a program that meets their needs.

They do not want to leave the Pathfinder club, but at the same time they do not feel old enough to associate themselves with the Senior Youth/Young Adults. In the absence of an established program/level for this group several Divisions have been running their own programs, such as Companion in Europe, Medical Brigade in the Inter-America and South American Divisions, etc., to fill this vacuum.

Created by Youth ForYouth : Making Disciples From Adolescence To Young Adults.

The story of the Adventist Youth Society, now titled Young Adults (YA), began over 125 years ago along a dusty country lane in Michigan with two young boys kneeling in prayer. Today that dusty lane has become a world-wide web of highways that links over 10 million Seventh-day Adventist young people in nearly every political entity on every continent of the globe. This story comes in every hue of the rainbow; it is filled with extremes of exhilaration and mountaintop experiences, as well as deep sadness and unfulfilled dreams. This is the story of God’s leading a fascinating army down through the battles of the great over arching conflict that is life as we know it now.

“Welcome to our youth ministry! We are excited to have you join us as we grow in our faith together. We believe that every young person has a unique purpose and we want to help you discover yours. Whether you are new to the church or have been attending for years, we invite you to come and be a part of our community. We look forward to getting to know you and sharing this journey of faith with you!”

I WILL GO

General Conference Youth has adopted the “I Will Go” logo of the world church for the next five years. “Like arrows in the hands of a warrior,” (Psalms 127:4) our youth and young adults are designed by God to be sent into the world with the three angels message (Revelation 14:6-12).  This urgent and prophetic message lifts up Jesus as the world’s Savior and His free gift of righteous by faith.

We also call upon young people to go and be the “Hands and feet of Jesus” in their local churches, on campuses, in the cities, as well as in the unreached countries of the world! In these trying times, the world need Adventists more than ever! We fervently pray that every Seventh-day Adventist young person from ages 4 to 30 will join the world church in saying “I Will Go!”
